● Human Rights Definition: GenSphire defines Human Rights by the Universal

Declaration of Human Rights, an internationally recognized standard.

● GenSphire Human Rights Considerations in Business Relationships: GenSphire’s Service Value Chain includes contractors, vendors, and partners. III. Key Principles

● Due Diligence: GenSphire is committed to conducting human rights due diligence to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how we address potential human rights impacts.

● Non-Complicity: GenSphire will not be complicit in human rights abuses committed by others.

● Remediation: We have established a mechanism for providing access to remedy for any adverse human rights impacts GenSphire may cause or contribute to.

● Specific Issues of Consideration: ○ Labor rights: Fair wages, working hours, non-discrimination, freedom of association. ○ Environmental impacts: Pollution, land rights, access to water. ○ Community engagement: Respect for local communities and indigenous rights, which is especially relevant in this area of California.
